Processes that Match Quality Standard
Special technological and organisational processes are successfully
used at IK Elektronik to implement company policy and the high quality
standards that are set and meet our customers’ high demands. These
processes are subject to constant critical assessment and analysis and
are constantly being further developed.
Special processes and means of safeguarding quality are listed here:
- Consistent and comprehensive ESD protection in the complete
production and stores area,
- Manufacturing and the use of nitrogen protective atmosphere
for SMT and THT production conform with RoHS,
- All processes are monitored and managed by engineering
personnel,
- Normally all the functions on manufactured components are
fully tested using the appropriate inspection equipment,
- Documenting and guaranteeing traceability at all stages of
the production process,
- Including suppliers in the quality assurance process,
- Checking random samples, monitoring inspection equipment
and machines, having appropriately trained staff,
- Constant critical analysis and improvements to processes
involving all members of staff,
- Members of the customer team maintain close contact with
the customer on all important issues in preparing and handling its
order,
- Weekly coordination of all those involved in handling
customer orders,
- Consistent use and constant further development of software
aids for production controls, in materials management and when
processing customer orders.
