The
terms of business apply to all
business relations with enterprises, legal persons in private and
public law as well as any other non-private clients, who have their
place of business in the German Federal Republic, a member state of the
European Union or Switzerland. They apply only to the purchase of
products.

The terms of
business for the
furnishing of development services by us to enterprises, legal persons
in private and public law as well as any other non-private
clients, who have their place of business in the German Federal
Republic, a member state of the European Union or in Switzerland.
Development services include all types of technical engineering work,
e.g. the conception, development or further development of structural
components, equipment, processes or software; measuring work,
theoretical considerations, studies and consultation services).
